Sophia Advisors' two main principals have collaborated to form Sophia Advisors Investments LLC, a principal investment vehicle focused on public and private equities. The Fund focuses primarily on growth at value considerations within the healthcare, consumer and technology sectors, maintaining a concentrated portfolio of 9-12 names and average hold periods of 24-36 months. These names are often overlooked, disintermediated, underfollowed by sell side and under owned and appreciated by the buy side. Special attention to growth characteristics, competitive advantages, sustainability of growth, pathways to profitability, operating leverage and catalyst events are focused on. Selective private investments will be considered that fit the Fund's preferred investment criteria.
